Famous Frames Mobile Interactive Goes Live!
2008 is destined to be “The Year of New Media” and leading the digital revolution is Famous Frames Mobile Interactive, the “award-winning” digital media studio.
Shaping the direction of interactive Hollywood and backed by the deep talent roster of Famous Frames, Inc., the country’s largest storyboard artist/animatics agency, FFMI produces and acquires original graphic content of all kinds and using its own multi-channel (nGen) digital distribution platform delivers creativity to an expansive spectrum of broadband and wireless devices.

Premiering this February on FFMI’s FAMOUS TV channel are four original animated series including, “The Grate Debate”, featuring The Three Stooges (as 3D Stooges) in their first original production in 45 years and it comes just in time for campaign season! Another FFMI production making its debut is “CybeRacers”, a full-length CGI feature, worthy of launching a new media. FFMI’s initial production slate also showcases “Guy Henry” by Burpo and Duff Clawson’s “Xiu Xau Pao”, as well as a creative universe of Famous characters, stories and content.
The other half of FFMI’s nGen delivery platform, FAMOUS MOBILE, will roll out in the spring and provide FFMI’s creative talent and partners more choices and better revenues than those offered under current and old wireless distribution models. Even as the industry evolves daily, FFMI believes creative talent should be properly compensated for its work offered over new media.
As the “old Hollywood” media model becomes history, FFMI will continue to lead the charge. In association with content partners and creative producers, FFMI will provide full-services, from development and preproduction to online/wireless distribution for “old Hollywood” companies looking to go where the audience is going: anytime, anywhere, anyplace. As the writers, directors and screen actors guild are structuring basic agreements to address the New Media world, FFMI is out in front pioneering the landscape of the new digital world.
